I’m Nadia—transformational coach, holistic guide and yoga teacher.

I grew up in North London with mixed Scottish and South Asian roots, always a quiet observer and forever asking “why.”

At 17 I dove into massage therapy, anatomy and physiology - fascinated by the human body. Years of overgiving brought about burnt out resulting in physical injuries, meaning I had to pivot which led me into medical aesthetics. I climbed quickly through London’s top clinics. On paper, I was successful and the path being laid out was clear but inside I felt utterly disconnected.

So I left. Following an inner calling that I couldn't ignore . I spent over a decade travelling and living around the world from Australia to India , Southeast Asia to Central America. I returned to India multiple times - the land of my ancestors + here I went deep: learning yoga beyond the physical, Ayurveda, somatic healing, nervous‑system repair, and subconscious transformation. Somewhere along that journey, I stopped trying to fix myself—and started listening to the parts I’d unknowingly silenced. 

Now I weave ancient wisdom and modern practice into soulful, transformative experiences that help women reclaim their rhythm, power, and authenticity.

That journey, both personal and professional, naturally evolved and unfolded into what is now Nadia May Wellness. A space that holds the same depth, curiosity, and commitment to wholeness that shaped me

Beyond my work - Im a city girl and being barefoot in nature (ideally  the tropics) is when im happiest. Add in some animals , coffee and lots of laughter as well as chasing sunsets (well the sun in general tbh)  As an Aries sun, Scorpio moon, and Manifestor in Human Design, I’m wired to initiate, feel deeply, and spark real change.

Nadia May Wellness exists at the intersection of self-discovery, transformation, holistic wellness, and embodied wisdom.

My work combines coaching, somatics, mindset, and traditional yoga philosophy to support women in coming back to themselves—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

 Organically, my work evolved to integrate all angles of our human experience: the light and the shadow, the mind, the body, and the spirit. I believe true transformation happens when we work with all of these in harmony—honouring every part of ourselves. It’s a process of alchemy—of reclaiming the wild feminine, integrating what’s been suppressed, and remembering what was never broken.

I blend ancient wisdom and modern science into 360° containers for real transformation. With over 17 years in the wellness world, I’ve seen how surface-level approaches often miss the mark. This work moves beyond curated aesthetics and quick fixes. It’s rooted in nervous system awareness, subconscious healing, somatic depth, and a commitment to decolonising wellness—honouring the traditions I’ve been shaped by, especially the roots of yoga.

Whether through 1:1 mentorship, group programs, or retreats, this is a space for honest, sustainable growth. It’s not about fixing. It’s about remembering—and redefining what it means to live well, in a way that feels real and aligned with who you are.
