Yoga, at its core, is a science of the self—a profound system designed to unite body, breath, and mind.
Yet, in the West, much of its depth has been diluted, reduced to just the physical postures while its true potency—the breathwork, meditation, and philosophy—often gets lost.
yoga beyond the surface
As someone of mixed South Asian heritage, I am deeply committed to honouring yoga’s origins and sharing its full spectrum of wisdom.
My approach stays true to Traditional Indian Yoga, weaving together movement, breath, and meditation as they were always meant to be practiced—not as a workout, but as a pathway to deeper self-connection, balance, and transformation.
I specialise in Hatha, Flow, Yin, Meditation, and Pranayama (breathwork), guiding students through a practice that is both grounded and expansive.
